Young engineer programme
The programme offers a fast and structured insight into the relevant company processes, including:- estimation and work preparation
- quality and safety
- materials and logistics control
- commercial and contractual affairs
Throughout the programme, you will get all the support you need from your department head or project manager. Together with them, you will set out the goals for your personal development. You will be involved in the planning of each step of the programme. You will quickly become familiar with your tasks and responsibilities and the required knowledge, both project specific and general technical knowledge.
