Our quality policy is to define and meet quality requirements and to actively promote continuous improvement in all aspects of our business processes.

Quality management

This policy is put into effect through a formal system of quality management as described in our Company Management System. Our system encompasses every aspect of our process: from initial business development through the phases of tendering and negotiating, work preparation, work execution and on to liability and after sales. The complete system is available to employees worldwide on the company’s intranet site. It is certified to the quality management system standard ISO 9001 : 2008.

Improvement as a constant

Ongoing improvement is a priority in BAM International and improvement ideas are constantly being sought and implemented. In addition, a comprehensive audit programme and regular reviews ensure that the system continues to deliver optimum results.
